BLACKFLY USB3 / GIGE

The Blackfly® camera line combines Sony CCD, Aptina, e2v, and Sharp sensors with a host of unique features. For FLIR area scan cameras with the latest sensors and most advanced feature sets, please refer to our Blackfly S and Oryx camera families.

All cameras of this series are available in an USB3 and a GIGE version.

Further Eureca offers many options for FLIR cameras to further improve performance through modifications. Thus, e.g. remove the cover glass of the sensor or replace it with a special filter. Similarly, a UV coating is possible in order to use the sensor in the ultraviolet spectral range. By cooling the sensor and/or the entire camera, the readout noise can be minimized. Due to the abundance of different models, it is not easy to say in general which of these options are possible or useful for a specific camera. Please contact us if you are interested to learn more about this and we will gladly advise you about the respective options.

Please note, that standard (unmodified) cameras are at present only available for our german customers.
