High-Resolution Lenses for High Magnification Imaging

The development of this lens series enables object resolutions down to 2 µm. The lenses are optimized to achieve a resolution of up to 200 Lp/mm in the object plane when using sensors up to 82 mm in length. This high image quality is achieved across the entire image circle. In addition, the extremely low distortion below 1 µm over the entire field of view stands out.

The lenses of the Inspec.x L 4.0/105 series harmonize perfectly with modern high-resolution cameras with 12 k/5 µm and 16 k/5 µm sensors and are therefore ideal for applications that require extremely high resolution. There are three lenses available, optimized according to the image scale, each of which can also be ordered in a special version that is optimized for use with a prism beamsplitter (coaxial illumination).
